Our bakery is a dedicated gluten-free facility. There are no ingredients that contain gluten allowed in our facility and every ingredient label is carefully scrutinized in regards to their ingredients. All of our ingredients are locally sourced and whenever possible are home grown right here in the PNW but almost all are made in the USA.
