Details
This dessert begins with a base of our signature almond meal shortbread crust. The white chocolate vanilla mousse center tastes just like vanilla ice cream and has a base of fresh bananas foster. We make our bananas foster in a large copper kettle just like they do table side at finer restaurants with brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, a hint of lemon and lots of Myers's Dark Rum. Once it is set it is glazed with our white chocolate banana silk and Yukon Jackson's (a local caramel artisan) caramel graces the top of this fantastic dessert.
