Formerly a Neiman Marcus exclusive, we can now offer this to you directly from our site! We first bake the gluten-free truffle cake base and once it is cooled we begin the process of layering the blood orange cheesecake batter and raspberry puree throughout. Our blood orange and raspberry white chocolate signature cheesecake is also created with our white chocolate silk and a special cheesecake formula developed by our owner just for this cheesecake. We finish it with raspberry puree swirled throughout the top.
