NM Gusto di Limone

For the past 5 years this dessert has been and exclusive to Neiman Marcus. Now it is available to all of our customers. Our signature polenta almond flour cake is baked with Meyer lemons like a pineapple upside down cake only with the Meyer lemons instead of pineapple. Once it is baked and cooled we place a layer of our white chocolate Meyer lemon cream silk and that becomes the bottom layer.
