NM Kahlua Sunset - Special Order

What was once an exclusive dessert for only Neiman Marcus is now available to all of our customers. This dessert begins with our gluten-free chocolate fudge flourless truffle cake. During baking it souffles then once cooled it falls. Into that cavity we place our white chocolate Kahlua Alaska Silk mousse. Over the top we place a thin layer of our white chocolate Kahlua silk then a layer of our house-made ganache.
