This is one of our holiday desserts that we put a lot of time and effort in perfecting. Our vanilla bean white chocolate cream Alaska Silk filled with French Pear Halves is baked on our signature spiced gluten-free cake. Once it has been baked it is cooled and our house raspberry sauce tops this delightful dessert. By the way, our raspberry sauce has a hint of blood orange.
