Our own gluten-free devil's food cake is topped with a layer of our original dark chocolate silk then finished with a top layer of our Kirsch white chocolate silk mousse. Inside this delicious dessert are French Griottine Cherries. These are cherries that have been marinated in Kirsch Brandy. This dessert is finished with a topping of chocolate curls.
