Happy Birthday Chocolate Cake - Pick Up at the Bakery Only

This is our standard birthday cake on a fondant round with "Happy Birthday" written in front. This cake begins with our gluten-free chocolate cookie base. The cake is a chocolate silk with a center of our chocolate silk mousse enrobed with our original dark chocolate silk, a layer of ganache around the bottom of the mousse and on top of the dark chocolate silk. It is finished with our dark chocolate shavings. This dessert needs to be ordered at least 10 days in advance and picked up only at the bakery.
