This is one of our holiday desserts that we put a lot of time and effort in perfecting. Our vanilla cake and pears have been baked to perfection. A layer of our vanilla bean white chocolate cream Alaska Silk is topped on the gluten-free pear cake. This delicious dessert is finished with our house raspberry sauce filled with whole raspberries which tops this delightful dessert.
