NM Key Lime

This is a dessert that has been in Neiman Marcus for the past 34 years but is now only available through Alaska Silk Pie Co. We began making this dessert 35 years ago and was one of our first desserts. It has remained a favorite of not only Neiman Marcus customers but ours as well. A buttery graham cracker crust is baked nice and crisp. When cooled our white chocolate Key Lime Alaska Silk is topped with white chocolate shavings.
