Apricots, Polenta Almond Flour Cake, and Gewurtzraminer....YUMMMMMM!


Our drunken apricots have been marinated in Gewurtzraminer for 9 months. We then take some of them and chop then to add to our white chocolate cheesecake batter before it is baked long and slowly to perfection. It is on an anise biscotti with almonds crust. One apricot is placed on top before baking and sprinkled with a dusting of biscotti crumbs. This dessert contains "NUTS" for those of you allergic to nuts.
