I just changed this one and now it's EVEN BETTER.....Our signature "Gluten Free" chocolate fudge truffle cake with a center of our Madagascar Vanilla Bean silk mousse. It is surrounded on the bottom with a thin layer of our house made ganache. The mousse and ganache are topped with our white chocolate vanilla bean cream silk then a dark chocolate silk layer. A final layer of our white chocolate Vanilla cream silk has ganache pulled throughout. it is finished with a ring of chocolate decorations.
Slice with a hot wet knife, cleaning the knife with each slice. This will ensure a beautiful slice each and every slice. Remember, a "LITTLE BIT of SILK" goes a very long way so make your slices small. This is very much like enjoying a fine confection, only in dessert form!
