This dessert is a delicious combination of our own traditional New York Cheesecake batter and our own White Chocolate Silk with pure Mexican Vanilla. Gluten-free cheesecake is baked slowly to perfection then cooled for at least 2 hours before it is ready for the caramelized sugar. It has been prepared with a dusting of our own gluten-free chocolate cookie crumbs that surround the entire dessert except for the top but if you like, you may order it with our buttery house-made gluten-free shortbread crust. This cheesecake is like no other that you have ever experienced anywhere. Try this dessert with a raspberry sauce, Grand Marnier sauce or with fresh berries of any kind. Of course, it's GREAT all on its own too!
