Alaska Silk Pie Co. - Catalog - 1985 Chocolate Raspberry

This was the 2nd dessert ever created by Alaska Silk Pie.
A chocolate cookie crust topped with a chocolate silk layer and a whitel chocolate raspberry silk.
When I was working the deli counter at lunch time after making Silk Pies all night, one of our lunch customers asked if I could make a chocolate and raspberry silk for her husbands 42nd BD and of course I said yes not really knowing ANYTHING about white chocolate...well, I made the dessert and she called me later that night to tell me that they were eating it but the white chocolate raspberrry silk was dripping off the cake as they spooned it into their mouths. I offered to give her money back but she said NO....just perfect this one...It's GREAT, and that's exactly what I did and hence, from there all other white chocolate based silk desserts were born.
